The Centre des Technologies Nouvelles (New Technologies Centre) – CTN – is an industrial site comprising six buildings with a total surface area of 34,000 sqm of laboratories, workshops and offices. An underground area of 24,000 smq is used for technical premises, storage facilities for rent and a car park.
CTN offers a high-quality environment and ideal working conditions for companies active in biotechnology, industry, IT, research and development. Some forty tenant companies employ nearly 1,000 people on site in fully equipped laboratories, furnished offices and large, bright workshops.
